Appointment Policy

 

We make every effort to stay on time. Out of fairness to the next patient please be on time for your appointments. If an appointment must be broken we would appreciate 48 hours notice. Patients who chronically miss their appointments without proper notice will be billed a cancellation fee.

    • Our goal is to help you achieve excellent oral health and a beautiful smile. Our policy on payment is aimed at keeping things uncomplicated. If you have insurance we can submit your claim electronically on the same day and you will be reimbursed by your insurance in around a week. Payment is expected after services are rendered but we understand that special circumstances can sometimes occur so we will do our best for you to still receive the treatments that you need. If you would like to discuss other payment options for specific dental treatments then simply ask us and we will be more than happy to assist you.
