Appointment Policy
We make every effort to stay on time. Out of fairness to
the next patient please be on time for your appointments.
If an appointment must be broken we would appreciate 48
hours notice. Patients who chronically miss their appointments
without proper notice will be billed a cancellation fee.

Insurance & Payment
Our aim is to help you achieve excellent oral health and
a confident, beautiful smile. Our policy on payment is aimed
at keeping things uncomplicated. If you have insurance we
can submit your claim electronically the same day and you
will be reimbursed by your insurance usually within a week.
Payment is expected when services are rendered. We understand
that special circumstances sometimes exist. We will do our
best to see that arrangements are made so that you can receive
the treatment that you want and need. If you need to discuss
other payment options for major dental treatment then simply
ask. We accept VISA, Mastercard, Interac, cheques and cash.
